The qualified applicant will possess good communication skills, be comfortable working in a hospital environment and have the ability to work in many computer applications simultaneously.Assoc.in Applied Science(AAS)degree or eligibility(able to graduate within one year of hire date)required. Two years of ICD-9-CM coding required. One year of CPT coding preferred. DRG assignment and experience preferred. RHIT or eligibility(able to pass exam within one year of hire) or CCS required.
